At Spear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn garments with original tags attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailing bag.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off Package
Hand your package to the designated courier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location to begin the transit back to our warehouse.
